Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your NEC Teens merch! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
